A reservation is considered valid after a 20% deposit of the total amount of the reservation has been deposited.
In case of a reservation cancellation prior to 20 days before the arrival the deposit is refundable. Past the 20-day cancellation period it is non-refundable.
If a customer has made a reservation but yet due to unforeseeable circumstances cannot make it to the hotel, he can transfer his reservation to an another date ( depending on the hotel’s availability). A low/mid season fare cannot be applied for a reservation transferred to the high-season.
